Syrah

A bright but rather deep hue of cool pink with several mauve tints. The nose reveals very strong aromatic flavours with notes of cherries, blackcurrant and violets. On the palate is expressive, round and well-balanced. A very aromatic rosé but nevertheless well structured to serve with light summer meals, cold meat starters or even barbecued meats.
