The nose is rich, powerful and racy, expressing the intense characteristics of a Mediterranean Sauvignon with notes of pineapple and minerals. The mouth is dense, greasy and powerful revealing a mature wine. It is long and rich on the finish with powerful notes of pineapple. This rich, powerful wine should be served with sophisticated dishes of fish or seafood in sauce.
