Oak barrel matured

A beautiful clear, brilliant, golden yellow with green tints. The nose is strong giving notes of exotic fruit which characterise this grape variety. There are also notes of vanilla and caramel brought about by the  oak barrel ageing. On the palate it is long, suave and rich and becomes very fleshy. The woody taste is accompanied by a long, racy final. It should be served with fish and seafood dishes.
