A bright but rather deep hue of cool pink with several mauve tints. The nose reveals very strong aromatic flavours with notes of cherries, blackcurrant and violets. On the palate is expressive, round and well-balanced. A very aromatic rosé but nevertheless well structured to serve with light summer meals, cold meat starters or even barbecued meats.

The colour is bright and clear giving off bright ruby tints. Typical of a Merlot, the nose is expressive with good presence giving notes of black current, red fruits, dry herbs and peppers. It has a fluid, well-balanced sweet round taste. This pleasurable wine can be served with light meals or exotic spicy food.
