Cuvée Comte de Maurepas | Vin de Pays d'Oc | White | Oak barrels | 2001

A beautiful clear, brilliant, golden yellow with green tints. The nose is strong giving notes of exotic fruit which characterise this grape variety. There are also notes of vanilla and caramel brought about by the ageing in oak barrels. On the palate it is long, suave and rich and becomes very fleshy. The woody taste is accompanied by a long, racy final. It should be served with fish and seafood dishes.
