Sauvignon
The colour is bright and clear, a pale yellow giving off large green tints. The nose gives subtle and elegant notes of exotic fruits and boxwood typical of Sauvignon grapes. On the palate the attack is full and rounded, well-balanced and rich in aromas. It is a fragrant but quite rich wine which can be served as an aperitif or with a light summer meal.
