Merlot Cabernet in Oak Barrels

Cuvée Comte de Maurepas | Vin de Pays d'Oc | Red | Oak Barrels | 2001

The garnet-red colour is deep and gives off bluish and tawny tints. The nose is complex combining notes of red fruits, spices, caramel and wood brought about by the blend of cabernet and Merlot grapes. It is full and rich on the palate with aromatic flavours. The tannins are rich and dense whilst remaining elegant.
